From the off-ramp, turn east (away from Hanson) onto Hwy. 260 and continue to the stop sign at the Hwy. 254 intersection. Turn right and go south to Hwy 862 turn left and go approx 4 miles and Frostburg Rd. will “y” off to the left. Watch for signs.

Terms & conditions: 10% deposit day of auction and balance due in 30 days with special warranty deed at closing.

Possession: Agriculture tracts with deed at closing, subject to 2008 crop removal. Residential tracts, sooner of 90 days after closing or when vacated (possession of mobile tract at closing). Grain bin possession sooner of Aug. 1st, 2009. All tract acreages and proposed bounderies/ divisions are approximate and have been estimated based on ariel photos and FSA information.
