By order of the Vanderburgh County Superior Court, the undersigned auction company will sell at ABSOLUTE AUCTION, on behalf of the Vanderburgh County Sheriff, real estate described as follows:
PROPERTY LOCATION: The real estate is located east of the Airport Industrial Park and is accessed by going north on Hedden Road off Kansas Rd., just east of Hwy. 57, (just north of the Evansville Regional Airport) to the north end of the Airport Industrial Park, bear to the right and proceed to the property via a rock access road.
AUCTION LOCATION: The Kingsman Event Facility, 15901 Old Petersburg Road, Evansville, IN. Take Hwy. 57 north to Baseline Road, go west to Old Petersburg Rd., go left to the Kingsman Event Facility
REAL ESTATE: The real estate consists of 14.7+/- acres of open rolling land that has been farmed. According to the FSA Office, there are 14.7 acres tillable. There are 10.5 Base Acres of corn and 8.3 Base Acres of soybeans. The land is rolling and is in an ideal location.
