By order of the Vanderburgh Circuit Court, the undersigned auction company will sell at ABSOLUTE AUCTION 44 residential properties, on behalf of the Vanderburgh County Sheriff.
PROPERTY DESCRIPTIONS: Property addresses & brief descriptions are available on line at www.curranmiller.com or by calling the auction company.
AUCTION LOCATION: The auction will be held in the Las Vegas Room on the second level of the Aztar Casino Hotel, 421 NW Riverside, Evansville, IN.
PROPERTY INSPECTIONS: The showing headquarters will be 19 S Willow, corner of John St. Take Walnut to Willow and go north to the headquarters. The occupied homes can be inspected on Sat & Sun Feb. 27 & 28th from 1 until 4:00 PM. Approximately 20 of the homes are unoccupied. By making a $100 dollar deposit, bidders can pick up a set of keys at the CMAR offices and inspect the unoccupied properties at any time.
FREEDOM TRACT AUCTION METHOD: The property will be sold using the Freedom Tract Auction Method. This method allows the bidders the freedom to place into combination any group of tracts they desire. All bids remain open until the competitive bidding is exhausted. The property sells in a manner that generates the highest overall selling price.
ONLINE BIDDING: Online Bidding will be available.
