  • If you have not previously registered for our online auctions, please register here.
  • This auction features an auto-extend closing.  If the real estate receives a bid in the final 5 minutes will automatically extend an additional 5 minutes and will continue to extend until no additional bids are placed for that item. 
  • A Buyer’s Premium of 6% of the bid amount will be added to the high bid to determine the Contract Selling Price.
  • A deposit of 10% of the Contract Selling Price will be required within 24 hours of bid closing.  The balance of the bid amount will be required within 45 days of delivery of the title insurance commitment showing an insurable title.  The premium on the title insurance policy will be the obligation of the purchaser.  The purchaser shall assume the real estate taxes due and payable in November 2017.
