REAL ESTATE: The real estate will be offered in 5 tracts as follows:

FREEDOM TRACT AUCTION METHOD: Online bidders will have the opportunity to bid on any individual tract, any combination of tracts or on all 5 tracts at any time during the auction. The property will sell to the highest bidder in the way that generates the highest price.

TERMS: Within 24 hours of auction completion, a deposit of 10% will be required payable by check delivered to the auction company office or by wire transfer. The balance of the contract purchase price shall be payable within 45 days. This online only auction is subject to auto-extend. The property will sell at ABSOLUTE AUCTION to the highest bidder.
