By order of the Vanderburgh County Circuit Court, the undersigned auction company will sell at ABSOLUTE AUCTION on behalf of the Sheriff of Vanderburgh County the real estate commonly known as 1304 Newton Avenue and 1656 S. Weinbach Avenue, Evansville, IN, on the above date as follows:
AUCTION LOCATION: The auction will be held at the office of Curran Miller Auction/Realty Inc., 1005 E. Walnut Street, Evansville, IN.
1304 NEWTON AVE: The real estate is located north of Vogel Rd just north of Eastland Mall. It consists of 29,567 +/- SF of land zoned M-2 that is improved with a 6,000 SF steel, one story warehouse/office building and chain link fenced-in yard area.
