DEPOSIT: A deposit of 10% of the contract purchase price may be in the form of cash, personal check, business check, cashier's check or wire transfer. The deposit must be received at Curran Miller Auction/Realty, Inc. within 24 hours of auction completion. The balance of the purchase price is due within 45 days of delivery of insurable title to purchaser. All wire transfer fees will be paid by the purchaser.
