The undersigned co-personal representatives for the Estate of Priscella Tenison will sell at public auction the real estate and personal property on location on the above date as follows:
AGRICULTURAL REAL ESTATE consisting of a 46.5+/- acre tract of rolling agricultural land located on Reineke Rd, ¼ mile south of Boberg Rd, and 1 mile west of the Caborn Road in Robinson Twp, Posey County, IN. The FSA Office records indicate 44.58 acres being tillable. The land is subject to an easement in favor of Vectren Energy as part of their natural gas storage field. This is a very nice tract of agricultural land in a good location.
LOT consisting of a beautiful 1 acre lot with double frontage on the Caborn Rd approximately 1 mile north of Caborn. The land is well drained and is a wonderful potential home site.
