Tract #3 consists of 15 +/- wooded acres fronting Decker Rd. and is perfect for hunting and outdoor recreation. This tract appears to be completely in the flood plain.
Tract #4 consists of 15 +/- wooded acres fronting Decker Rd. There is a high spot on this tract that could potentially make a wonderful home site.
Auctioneer’s Note:
This property has it all! Tillable acreage…wooded hunting & rec land…and even possible home sites. Please note that all tracts are at least partially located in the flood plain. However, In the auctioneer’s opinion, the tracts appear to have residential potential. A Letter of Map Amendment may be required to eliminate the need for flood insurance if a structure is built. A Curran Miller staff person can provide interested parties with further information about this process.
