BIDDING CENTER: There will be a bidding center available from 10:00 am until bid closing Feb. 20th at SWEETWATER EVENT CENTER, 8335 Eagle Lake Dr., Evansville, IN. (next to Cheeseburger in Paradise)
SHOWING: The vacant properties will be open Tues. Feb. 11 from 10:00 am until 3:00 pm. 5 of the properties are vacant and available for viewing at any time. Two of the occupied properties (2615 Edgewood Dr., & 121 E. Florida St.) will be available for viewing from noon until 2:00 pm only.
For vacant properties, interested parties can contact the auction company at 812.474.6100 and arrange to pick up a set of keys for vacant properties. You will be asked to make a $100 refundable deposit when picking up the keys; the deposit will be returned upon return of the keys.

TERMS: A deposit of 10% of the contract purchase price will be required as follows: Onsite bidders can make their deposit at the bidding center. Within 24 hours after the bid closing, online bidders may either bring their Earnest Money Deposit to the auction company office located at 1005 E Walnut St., Evansville, IN, or wire the deposit to the auction company’s bank.
