The real estate is located on both sides of Hwy 66 1 mile west of Troy, IN, and 16 miles east and north of Rockport, IN.

The site was originally platted as Maxville, IN. All streets have been vacated and the property will be conveyed by metes and bounds. The site has previously been utilized as a refinery. All environmental clean up has been completed and the final reports have been filed.
