The undersigned auction company will sell at ABSOLUTE public auction, on behalf
of the Sheriff of Greene County, IN, the real estate commonly known as

to Harvest Church Rd, turn left or east & go 2.2 miles to Stone Rd. & right or south
for .3 miles to the property. Harvest Church Rd is 3.2 miles north of I-69.

10% earnest money deposit on day of auction with balance due within 45 days of delivery of insurable title to purchaser.
