AUCTION LOCATION: Wirth Park – 1210 Morton St., Indiana Hwy. 64, at the west edge of Oakland City, IN
REAL ESTATE: Tract 1 consists of 8.80 +/- acres & Tract 2 consists of 7.034+/- acres. Both tracts are currently being farmed, but would make lovely home sites. The land is located at the east edge of Oakland City. Take Hwy 64 east just past Taylor II Restaurant and go south past the ball park to the property. FREEDOM TRACT: The real estate will be sold using the Freedom Tract Auction Method. This method allows the bidders the opportunity to bid on either individual tract or the entirety during the auction.

TERMS: A 10% deposit will be required on the day of the auction with the balance due within 30 days after delivery of insurable title to purchaser.
