Located directly across the road from the Keystone Sub., the 17.8 +/- acres will be offered in 3 tracts: 2 – 5 acres tracts & 1 – 7.8 acre tract. This property will be offered utilizing The Freedom Tract Auction Method, which allows bidders to bid on any individual tract or any combination of tracts at any time during the auction.

Water would be available from an extension from either the north side of Heckel at Pebble Stone Dr. or from the south side of Heckel at Flagstone Dr. Sewer would be available from an extension through the Keystone Subdivision.
