ITEM REMOVAL: All items must be removed from their current location by September 9, 2015. The purchaser has the option to move the buildings in tact or remove whatever salvage they would like from the iprovements. There is no requirement that all debris must be removed from the premises.
TERMS: Cash or check within 24 hours of auction completion. A 10% Buyers Premium will be added to all items. This auction is subject to a 5 minute auto-extend closing. If purchaser chooses to move any of the buildings from their current location, purchaser is responsible for all costs associated with the move. The purchaser must sign a buyer removal agreement and have a $1 million dollar liability policy in place
