ONLINE MULTI-PARCEL AUCTION PROCESS: Bidding opens on Mon., Nov. 29th and will conclude at 6:00 pm on Mon., Dec. 6th, subject to the 3-minute auto-extend closing. Bids can be placed on the tracts individually or in combination at any point until the auction closes. CMAR representatives will be onsite starting at 5:00 pm on Mon., Dec. 6th to answer questions and provide assistance to bidders. The real estate will sell in the manner that generates the highest total sales price, subject to the owner’s approval.
EARNEST MONEY: A 5% earnest money deposit is due on auction day for on-site bidders and within 24 hours of auction conclusion for online bidders with the balance due within 45 days.
REAL ESTATE TAXES: Purchaser shall assume the real estate taxes due & payable in May 2022.
BUYERS PREMIUM: A 6% buyer’s premium will be added to the bid price to determine the total purchase price.
