The undersigned auction company has been authorized to sell real estate belonging to Betty Ann Brunsman (widow of the late Robert E. Brunsman), Denise A. Gentry & Donovan E. Brunsman on the above date as follows:
PROPERTY LOCATION: The real estate is located on the south side of 19th Street, just east of CR 400 W on the northwest side of Huntingburg, IN.
AUCTION LOCATION: YMI Center located at 421 N. Van Buren Street, Huntingburg, IN
SHOWING DATE: Monday April 9 from 4 PM (CDT) /5 PM (EDT) until 6 PM (CDT) /7 PM (EDT). Showings at other times can be arranged by calling the auction company at 800-264-0601 or 812-474-6100.
REAL ESTATE: The real estate consists of 68.7+/- acres and is strategically located in the heart of the new industrial and commercial region on the northwest side of Huntingburg, IN. The land is zoned I-2 (Industrial) and has all city utilities available to the site. POSSESSION: The land will be available for immediate possession to plant the 2012 crop.
SURVEY: If the property sells in a configuration that requires a survey to generate a proper legal description with which to convey the property, sellers will provide the survey.
